Conditions of Use

I want you to be happy with the products you purchase from me, so I am setting out below the manner in which I do business. These Terms and Conditions are a legal document that will bind both parties, so if there is anything you don’t understand or are unsure about, please discuss it with me before placing your order.

ACCEPTANCE OF ORDERS

By placing an order with me, you are offering to buy the products referred to in the order at the prices stated in that order, subject to these terms and conditions.

Whilst it is my intention to keep my website up to date and error free, product description or pricing errors may occur. If I discover such an error after you have submitted an order to me, I will contact you prior to accepting your order with the correct details. You may then either cancel your order or re-confirm it based on the correct information. If I am unable to contact you, I will treat your order as cancelled.

When you submit an order to me, you may receive a confirmatory email saying that I am processing your order. You may then receive a second email from me acknowledging your order and giving you estimated timescales for delivery. You should check both emails for accuracy and let me know immediately if there are any errors. Neither of these emails constitute acceptance of the order by me.

Your order will only be accepted by me, and a contract will only be formed between us, when I despatch your order to you.

PRODUCTS

As with all handmade items, slight variations in colour and uniformity may occur and you therefore accept that any products ordered may vary slightly from the images on our website in this respect.

PAYMENT

The easiest and quickest way to pay is by Paypal.  You can pay using your credit/debit card or your Paypal account. Goods cannot be despatched until I have received your payment in full.

DELIVERY

Whilst I will always try to deliver your goods promptly (as indicated in the Delivery section of my website, this may not be possible and so I cannot accept liability for deliveries made outside this timescale or accept liability for any out of pocket expenses or other costs incurred due to failed or delayed deliveries.

RETURNS AND CANCELLATION

My Returns Policy is set out in the Returns section of my website and this incorporates your statutory rights to a ‘cooling off’ period as a consumer.

LIABILITY

Whilst you will always have the full benefit of your statutory rights as a consumer, you understand that I can only accept liability for my negligence or breach of these terms.

MISCELLANEOUS

These terms and conditions should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy which sets our why we collect information about you and how I protect it.

I will make every effort to keep my website error free and up and running smoothly.  However, I will not be liable if it is temporarily unavailable or operating incorrectly due to issues beyond my reasonable control including (but not limited to) the actions of hackers.

I reserve the right to change these terms and conditions from time to time and any such changes will be communicated on my website. The use of my site and any contracts formed are governed by English law.
